LumeStreet Fashion Supply
We collect information for customer orders, shipping support and service communication, and optional email offers when you choose to receive them.
We may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, shipping country, city, address, order items and messages you submit through the site or live chat. If you choose email offers, we also record your choice, the consent wording and the time it was recorded with your order.
Customer information is used for order confirmation, payment support, packing, shipping coordination and after-sales service.
You can place an order without providing an email address or agreeing to marketing. Providing an email address alone does not sign you up for store offers. We use it for promotional email only if you separately choose to receive offers from LumeStreet Fashion Supply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our support team through the contact page. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your orders or necessary order-related communication.
We may use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand page visits and improve the shopping experience.
Optional live chat is provided by tawk.to. We load the chat service after you accept and open it. The service receives connection and browsing information and may use cookies and local storage to maintain the conversation. Messages, attachments and contact details you choose to submit are processed by our support team and tawk.to for customer support. Please do not send passwords or payment card details in chat. See the tawk.to privacy policy linked in the chat consent window for the provider's data practices.
For privacy-related requests, contact us through live chat on the contact page.
